And it's not the first time The Sort Your Life Out host has shared a handy heatwave hack.
She previously told how she puts baby wipes in the freezer to keep them chilled for days out.
Showing how she packs a bag for her kids, she said she adds frozen water, frozen sweet potato, nappies, a spare outfit, iced coffee and the ingenious frozen baby wipes to the rucksack.
She explained: “The frozen wipes are like a cool pack that I can use to wipe myself down with too.”
MRS HINCH
Cleaning influencer Mrs Hinch shared the super quick and easy way she keeps cool as temperatures soar – and it keeps her feeling hydrated and refreshed, too.
Taking to Instagram, the mum-of-two previously told how she fills up an ice cube tray with cut up fruit – including strawberries, oranges, lemons and limes.
Placing a piece of fruit into each cube, she then covers the fruit with water.
Next, she simply places the tray in the freezer and waits for the mixture to freeze into ice cubes.
She penned: “It’s just taken me 40 minutes (running around in this heat) trying to get Roy back in [llama and laughing emoji],” she joked.
“Silicone tray @eatingwiththekids”.
JACQUELINE JOSSA
Former Queen of the Jungle Jacqueline Jossa revealed the genius way she helps her kids to stay cool – and it's all to do with her enviable garden set up.
While they don't come cheap, the mum-of-two decided to get her moneys-worth out of her Lay-Z-Spa Hawaii Hot Tub by filling it with cold water for the summer season.
The former soap star took to Instagram and penned: "In the cold tub, its actually freezing!
"It's like an ice box… but it's nice."
She also shared a snap of the twin sun lounger she bought for her daughters Ella and Mia which comes complete with a sun canopy to help protect them from the strong UV rays.
They also feature two drinks holders so that the pair can stay hydrated during the heatwave.
RUTH LANGSFORD
If you've got a date lined up but are worried about the heat, then no fear…Ruth Langsford has the perfect solution.
The much-loved presenter headed out for a meal with her husband Eamonn Holmes and brought along her mini fan, which she was gifted by none other than Gok Wan.
In a post shared to Instagram, she penned: "For those asking….the mini fan was a gift to me from @therealgokwan …..best thing EVER….as a woman of a certain age I take it everywhere!!"
However, Amazon stock similar USB powered mini desk fans for as little as £9.99.
ALISON HAMMOND
This Morning host Alison Hammond previously appeared on a segment of the ITV show and shared her top tips for coping in the heat.
Her first idea is simple – filling a hot water bottle up with ice cold water or crushed ice.
It'll work in the same way in reverse, so rather than emitting heat, it'llrelease refreshing cold.
The mum-of-one, 48, also suggested filling a a spray bottle with water and spritzing yourself with the cool mist when you need it, and placing a bowl of ice water in front of fan.
The 10 minute DIY ice fan hack will help to circulate the cooler air and if you don't have ice cubes available, then no dear – frozen products such as vegetables are just as effective.
Finally, and perhaps the most unusual cooling hack Alison shared, is to fill a sock with rice and place it in the freezer for anywhere between one to three hours.
This will create a frozen bean bag shape that can easily mould to your body to help you cool down.
NADIA SAWALHA
Learning from her mistakes, Nadia Sawalha, 58, shared with her social media followers what they shouldn't do when temperatures are soaring – and that's drink alcohol.
The Loose Women star previously told how she was hot so she sipped on a large drink, "and then another one" in a bid to cool down.
However, she pointed out that it failed to work and instead she was left feeling nothing but sweaty and drunk.
However, she did helpfully go on to share the cooling tip she does swear by – putting a wet towel over a fan to keep the air cool.
