H&M shoppers go wild for Hermes summer sandals dupe – they look almost identical and are £500 cheaper | The Sun

IF you've got expensive taste when it comes to fashion, but don't have the bank balance to match, then you may just be in luck.

That's because shoppers have been sent into a frenzy after spotting H&M selling a bargain dupe of the £540 'Ankara Sandal' from luxury fashion house, Hermes.

They were posted on Instagram (@galslovehighstreet) alongside a caption which read: “As if @hm wasn’t already our faves they go and drop these Hermès dooops!!

"What’s your fave, the chunky or the thin ones?? Let us know in the comments below”.

With the simplistic 'H' design and available in black and brown, the H&M 'slides' look almost identical to the real deal.

But there's one major difference – the price tag.

The H&M version retail at just £19.99, meaning fashions fan will save themselves a whopping £520 by opting for the cheaper version.

The product description online reads: “Slides with a wide foot strap, moulded insoles and fluted soles.”

With the bargain price tag and expensive aesthetic, it's little surprise the stylish sandals have been flooded with five star reviews online.

"These sandals are so comfortable and for the price, you really can't go wrong, run to get these, they are gorgeous!” enthused one.
