A WOMAN who couldn’t afford a new kitchen was determined to not be held back by her budget.

TikTok user @dovecottage decided to do a DIY job on her kitchen and people are amazed with how incredible it looks.

She wrote: “I couldn’t afford a brand new kitchen … so I DIYed one instead.”

Firstly she removed the white sticky coating from the kitchen cupboard and painted them white.

The TikTok user explained that she used Rustoleum kitchen cupboard paint, and said: “You can paint on top of the vinyl if you don’t want to remove it, but you’ll need to sand and use a primer.”

Next she painted her tiles white to give her kitchen a fresher feel.
