I did a massive 'big girl' clothing haul from PLT in size 22, I was so excited for the jacket but couldn't zip it up | The Sun

A CURVY woman has shared her massive "big girl" PrettyLittleThing clothing haul that shows off her size 22 frame.

She enjoyed so many styles and was excited for a chic jacket but couldn't zip it up.

Plus-size fashionista Sara Michelle (@sramchlle) is a firm believer that "big girls wanna have fun too," according to her TikTok bio.

In a video on the social platform, she tried on her recent PrettyLittleThing shopping haul full of fun looks for fall.

When the video began, she stood in her bra and small shorts and showed off her shape as she held a huge plastic bag filled with clothes.

"I'm doing a massive clothes haul, but today I'm starting with PrettyLittleThing because I think I'm the most excited for what's in here," she said.

The first item in the haul was olive green tie-dye cargo pants in a size 22.

She said she loved them so much, and although they were super cute on her, she felt they were more "khaki than cargo."

Next, she tried on the Shape Buckle Detail Cargo Wide Leg Pants, $29, in the shade New Nude and in a size 24.

She regretted getting them a size up because they were both too long on her and a "weird shape" on her figure.

"I can't rationalize keeping this, so I'm going to return it," she admitted.

Then, she tried on "massive" high-waisted wide-leg dark wash denim jeans that were too long on her and she also felt she should have sized down from a size 24 to a size 22.

For transparency, she revealed that she was five-foot-two.

"I am going to keep these because I can just put a belt on. They're not really worth returning for a smaller size. I'm probably just going to cut the legs because I don't feel like getting them hemmed," she said.

Sara paired the pants with the Plus Black Motorsport PU Cropped Biker Jacket, $42.50, that she was so excited to try on and waiting for.

"Oh yeah. Oh, come on. I can't zip it, but I'm kind of used to that with jackets," she detailed.

The zip detail wouldn't be of much use for her with the look anyway, but she said that she would rather get a style that fits everywhere else.

In the end, she stated that she loved it despite the sizing issue.

Sara completed the haul by trying on another pair of high-waisted jeans and a pink silk pajama shorts set that made her "wanna sleep right now."

Many people offered supportive comments and their two cents about their own experiences.

One commented: "PLT sizing was so hard for me to navigate. Everything was massive."
