BOYS may come and go, but best friends are for life.

So it only makes sense to get your friends name tattooed on your body rather than your partner's.

But one woman's plan to do that didn't quite go the way she thought it would.

Taking to TikTok, Taylor Burke, revealed that she got the tattoo done while on holiday in Magaluf.

And as we all know, our best ideas really do come after a drink or two and that's when Taylor decided to get inked on the bottom of her big toe.

It seems that Taylor was happy with the tattoo which reads MEG the night she got it done, but woke up the next day sober and full of regret.

She wrote: "When you get your best mates name tattooed in Maga and don't realise how s*** it is until you wake up sober."

The video has since gone viral with over two million views and raking up over 95k 'likes'.

Although Taylor isn't impressed with the final results, it seems plenty of people were in the comments section of the video as they tagged their friends asking to get the same tattoo.

One wrote: "Something I’d do ngl."
