ONE fun-loving former reality star has shown how she wasn't going to let some flab stop her from enjoying life to the fullest.
She even embraced her cellulite as she showed off her mom bod dancing moves.
"My whole body jiggles when I dance," said Jamie Otis (@jamienotis).
The former Bachelor contestant and first season of Married at First Sight star got her groove on she let it all hang out in her bikini by the pool.
Jamie certainly wasn't shying away from enjoying herself as music blared in the background.
With arms up, she shook her waist and moved from side to side.
Jamie even found herself a dancer partner who also didn't seem to mind her mom bod – her young daughter.
The reality star really got down as she danced with her arms out.
She also had a message to share: "The flab on my arms is real."
Jamie even mouthed "but I don't care," along to the lyrics of the song she was jamming out to.

She continued to demonstrate her dance moves as she jumped up and turned around.
"Saggy skin is normal. Cellulite is normal. Flabby arms are normal. Fat is normal," she explained.
The playful parent also wanted others to feel encouraged to enjoy themselves, no matter what their body type.
"You don't have to love everything about your body right now, but definitely don’t let it stop you from living your best life."
Her moves – and messages – seemed to be doing the trick.
"Keep dancing Jamie! Such a great role model for young and old," said one inspired fan.
"Love dancing with my girl," Jamie replied.
After all, if she was willing to get married without meeting her partner first, she certainly wasn't going to worry about what people thought about her love handles.
One viewer had her own words for the hot mama: "Your daughter will remember dancing with mom, not anything else."
