I lost 100 lbs and start my day with ‘cozy cardio,’ people say it’s a ‘vibe’ but would put them to sleep | The Sun

A WOMAN has revealed how she keeps fit with minimal effort.

Hope (@Hope_Zukerbrow) sparked a new fitness craze on TikTok after revealing how she has stayed in shape since she shed 100 pounds.

She describes herself as the “founder of the Cozy Cardio Club” after inspiring her 924,000 followers to copy her exercise regimen.

Hope filmed her morning routine as she started the day at 5:15 am with a protein coffee.

“It’s time to light our candle,” she said in a softly lit room as she created a serene atmosphere.

“Cozy comfort of course, cozy vibes only.

“I’m putting my hair up in a clip real quick and taking my supplements.

“Staying cozy in my flamingo fuzzy socks and I’ve set up my station. Water, coffee, remotes. Now we’re ready for some cozy cardio.”

Hope showed herself standing on a walking pad in front of the TV in her living room.

She continued: “I warm up on three for a little while I find something to watch.

“I’m going to go ahead and bump this up to four. Then in about 20 minutes, I’m going to bump it up.

“I spend the last 10 minutes cooling down and just like that 40 minutes is up.

“I walked 2.65km [1.65 miles] and burned almost 170 calories.”

Hope has previously shown herself wearing slippers or pajamas while working out on the pad in the early mornings.

“I usually fall asleep around 9 pm & then wake up at 5 am,” she revealed in a comment.

The TikTok star has been candid about her desire to stay active and to have a healthy relationship with food after binging in the past.

Commenters have called her an “inspiration” while revealing that she’s convinced them to invest in their own walking pads.

“This is so smart, like why does a workout have to be in a cold sterile environment?” one wrote.

“Exercise was always a punishment for me growing up and so the idea of making it romantic feels healing,” another said.

“OK, this is the first I’m learning about cozy cardio… It’s a vibe. And maybe something I could actually stick with,” a third said.

“This is the first video that’s actually made me want to invest in one of those walking pads…” another chimed in.
