A BUSY man who struggled to stay in shape while working a high-pressure job has revealed how he transformed his physique.

Ross (@rosscotron1) looks almost unrecognizable after overhauling his diet to shed an impressive 72 pounds in one year.


He has racked up over 108,000 followers on TikTok where he shares the meals that he ate throughout his weight loss journey.

He spent years yo-yo dieting and suffered from breathing difficulty and social anxiety at his heaviest.

The corporate employee saw his health and lifestyle “supercharged” after he swapped to a high protein, low carb keto diet. 

Ross took to his social media platform to reveal one of the staple foods he now keeps in his kitchen to maintain his weight loss.

“Started eating three boiled eggs for breakfast every morning and this is the crazy thing it did to my body,” read the text over the video.

Ross showed a photo taken before his weight loss where he was indulging in an iced cake and compared it to a recent snap of him eating eggs for breakfast.

“Lost 33kg [72 pounds],” the text continued.

He captioned the post: “Eggs are too good for you.”

Over 612,000 people liked the video and a stream of commenters shared their opinions.

One person wrote: “Did this for three months and lost 10kg [22 pounds] without working out and now I started working out and don’t have a bigger appetite I’ve lost 30kg [66 pounds] altogether.”

Another commented: “I did this, obviously coupled with a calorie deficit.

"But the consistency of doing this every morning and walking. I lost 40 pounds in four months.”

A third said: “Keto combined with an active lifestyle works wonders.

"I lost 100 pounds in two years. The thing is, you gotta track everything.”

Another added: “Oh God when I was in a calorie deficit I only ate two boiled eggs in the morning (sometimes muesli with yogurt), it worked like magic.”

Ross has qualified as a personal trainer since his weight loss journey went viral on TikTok.

He now shares nutrition and fitness advice with others who want to achieve sustainable weight loss.

In a video, he said: “I put some videos up on TikTok just showing my before and after not thinking much of it but I got millions of views.
