I stopped wearing wired bras and 'my girls' have never been happier – I haven't got any painful digging going on either | The Sun

A WOMAN has opened up on how she feels after finally ditching the bra to free her breasts.

Olivia, from Toronto, is a model, YouTuber and self-confessed ‘hottie’ who often uses her social media account to share insights into her life.

In one video, she revealed the impact not wearing a bra has had on her.

Dressed in a tight-fitted long sleeved, V-neck top alongside a pair of black leggings, she could be seen dancing to Mötley Crüe’s Girls, Girls, Girls.

Over this, she wrote: “I stopped wearing wire bras and the girls have never been happier,” followed by two watermelon emojis.

In the caption, she wrote: “no more painful digging & the girls are comfortable & lifted 24/7”.

As a third shared: “honestly I've never been happier. Lol”.

It turns out, not wearing a bra can decrease the likelihood of sagging breasts, too, according to a study by Jean-Denis Rouillon, who conducted a 15-year study on the matter.
