EYE OPENING

People are stunned when they see my pierced eye – then I tell them the truth

“My mum used to have a lot of really bad back pain, so she bought this heat pad.

“This thing is amazing because it’s really small so if I’m sitting at the desk I pop it behind my back, if I’m sitting on the couch and I’m cold, it can either go on my front or my back and it’s the perfect bit of added warmth. It’s the best.”

Not only this, but Kim also swore by drinking hot water, as she added: “Another thing that I do to stay warm is drink hot water.

“I cannot recommend it highly enough – why torture yourself by drinking cold water in winter when your body wants to be warm? Just drink hot water or warm water.

“I often mix boiling water with room temperature water in my water bottle and drink it that way so it’s just something a bit warmer.”

As well as this, Kim also revealed that she sleeps in fluffy socks, as she continued: “The other thing I do is buy some really fluffy bed socks.

“They are so warm and toasty, that is my hack for staying warm whilst you’re sleeping.”

Finally, Kim explained that to stay warm, you need to layer your clothing, as she concluded: “Ultimately it just comes down to all the layers that you can possibly imagine.

“So, those are my tips for staying warm and cosy.”

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @kimmeelee, has clearly left many stunned, as it has quickly amassed 27,200 views.

Social media users were thankful for the advice and were eager to share this in the comments.

One person said: “Great tips.”
