A DIY fanatic who transformed an IKEA stool from drab to fab with some ribbon has left everyone saying the same thing.
People think Victoria Svensson's decorative seat is now way too nice to sit on.
The interior whizz recently took to TikTok to share how jute ribbon – which costs around £6 for a metre – transformed her IKEA Stackholmen stool.
The wooden seat itself costs just £29.
Victoria removed the original black netting on the stool with scissors before threading the neutral-toned thick ribbon through.
She secured the strands with a staple gun and showcased how to crisscross the ribbon over.

To do this, you must fasten one half of the chair's ribbon in adjacent rows, leaving no gaps.
Then, you thread the rest of the ribbon in the other direction in an over-and-under pattern on the already-fastened strands.
Victoria cut holes in the underside of the ribbon to attach the stool legs to the seat.
The furniture flipper used her creation as a haircare and towel stand in the bathroom.

“The stool is easy to move around on your balcony or terrace and place where you feel like sitting.
“Plastic feet protect the furniture when in contact with a moist surface.
“For added durability and so you can enjoy the natural expression of the wood, the furniture has been pre-treated with several layers of semi-transparent wood stain.”
DIY fans dubbed the Swedish content creator’s new decoration as “perfect” and “beautiful”.
“I love it,” one gushed.
“This looks soooo good,” another penned.
