I travelled 350 miles from Glasgow to London for first date with guy I met on Hinge – he was super hot, I was very lucky | The Sun

A SINGLETON has revealed that she travelled hundreds of miles for a first date with a man she matched with less than 24 hours prior.

Suzie Mac, from Paisley, regularly posts about her love life and dating experiences on TikTok (@misssuziemac).

In a recent clip, the DJ told followers she boarded a train from Glasgow to London to meet a man she barely knew for a "spontaneous" first date.

She matched with the mystery man on Hinge and within 24 hours she travelled 345 miles to meet him.

Suzie said: "I cannot lie, I'm going on the most random, spontaneous date with a man I matched with on Hinge like 24 hours ago.

"Just getting straight to it – I'm waiting at Westminster Station right now.

"I saw a guy come up, right, and like look over at me and then I was like 'Is that him?'

"I don't know him enough to be able to fully know if it's him or not, and then he kind of looked over at me and then walked away.

"So I'm really hoping that that wasn't the most brutal f***** un-matching that I've ever had in my life."

Laughing she added: "We'll see what happens, but I have faith that he's not off the train yet and he just looked quite similar to him.

"F****** hell, like it's pretty much a blind date because I don't know that much about him, but f*** it."

Suzie updated fans with the caption: "He was lovely. Super hot with great energy.

"We went for a walk down the Southbank through millions of tourists. I was very lucky."

But fans were begging for more details on how the date went with many looking to see if they were still together.

Suzie posted a second clip and revealed that she had a — time, but that it wasn't meant to be with her mystery London man.

She said: "Do you know what, he was absolutely lovely."

The DJ added: "I might see him again in the future if it happens, like if we're in the same place at the same time we might see each other again.

"Really nice guy, really handsome, didn't catfish me and hopefully I didn't catfish him.

"I mean, he liked it, we had a wee kiss and stuff.

"However, I think the more I go on this dating adventure I'm realising that I really need somebody that is closer to me.

"I really don't date in Glasgow because I just never find guys that, like, I match with and stuff like that.

"But I'm thinking that I need to date closer to me in order for a relationship to really work."

Despite the relationship not working out, Suzie's followers became fully invested in the story and praised her for going out on a limb to meet him.

One person said: "Good for you girl. Dating sites give me the fear".

Another added: "Hope you had fun chick, be safe".
