A WOMAN has confessed she simply can’t return to her gym after suffering the most embarrassing moment.
Sitting in her car right after the incident took place, Elloise (@elloise_fit) explained that she’s been left “mortified” as a result of this and “cannot go back there”.
“That’s it, I quit. I’m so embarrassed… So I go to a relatively small gym. It’s always super busy,” she started in her TikTok clip.
Elloise described it as a place where all the regulars know each other and it’s “like a family”, which she loves.
She continued: “It was quite busy this morning. I was just doing my own thing, doing lower body weight session and halfway through I just gotta go to the bathroom.
“You know, your girl’s gotta go, she drinks a lot of water. I come back out, I’m doing my thing, I do a few sets like 15 minutes later I’m doing some deadlifts.

“I’m facing the wall and my back is facing the entire, very busy gym.”
Elloise then described how she had to readjust her blue leggings at one point. But when she placed her hands down her thighs, she felt “something soft”.
“And I’m like, ‘what is this, this should not bere,’” she continued. “And then I tug at it and then I realise what it is sticking out of my tights – this huge, really big like two sheets worth of toilet paper.
“It was literally sticking out at the back of my leggings like a tail. I’m wearing blue, it was white. It was quite a contrast… Facing the entire gym.”

She then explained that she was faced with two options, Elloise could’ve stayed exactly where she was and tried to hide it… Or she could hold it and run to the bathroom, which was on the other side of the gym.
“I did the second one,” she shared.
Elloise continued: “And it’s like the fact that one of the trainers came up to me before that and said she really liked my outfit.
“And it’s like, did she see? Surely she wouldn’t have ‘cause she would have told me, right? And my outfit is quite thin, so surely you would have seen like the chunk of it at the back.
“It’s not seamless where you can’t see anything.”
“So yeah, I’m really embarrassed. That’s it. I can’t ever go back,” she concluded the clip.
People were left mortified on her behalf too as one person took to the comments to say: “I could not go back,” with a laughing emoji.
“Nooo,” another shared, while a third added: “Omg you poor thing!! I needed a good laugh. Thank you!!”

“Its ok girl once I got my towel out of the clothes dyer and didn’t know until mid workoutthat there was a pair of undies stuck to it with static,” one person shared.

Another wrote: “Girl one day I was doing leg abductors and the machine was facing a class doing weights session. And I was totally oblivious my leggings had ripped in the crotch so I was just opening and closing my legs and flashing everyone my lady bits.”
