I was a severe over-eater but lost 100 lbs – my simple one-pan sheet meal is high-volume but low-cal so I can have a lot | The Sun

A WOMAN has credited her weight loss success to her simple one-pan sheet meal.

She admitted she was a severe over-eater, but sticking to her high-volume but low-cal food regime has seen her drop 100 lbs.

Whittney Anderson (@whittneya_) was delighted with her efforts and wanted to share her secret with her 10,000 TikTok followers.

“Finally showing you my main meal during my 100 lb weight loss," she said with a hint of pride.

It took her a year, but she didn't starve herself in the process.

She ate a healthy plate of food a couple of times a day that kept her hunger pangs at bay.

“I have a one pan sheet meal that is high volume, low calorie. So you can eat a lot of it for a few calories," she revealed.

Whittney admitted it was what she needed because she had struggled with food consumption in the past: "I was a severe over-eater," she wrote.

Into her pan, she tipped frozen vegetables, either carrots and brussels sprouts, or carrots and potatoes. She also used broccoli.

The chicken was also tossed in: “One service is 110 calories," she said.

Over the mix she poured some olive oil, but next came what she considered the most important part of her meal – seasoning.

“You get garlic powder and you get onion powder, not salt. And then this is the most important part," she said holding up the last in her Trifecta.

"It is a mix of roasted garlic and herb. It’s delicious and sold out at Walmart."

She popped it in the oven and her special meal was as simple as that.

“I would eat half of this for lunch and if I’m still hungry, later for dinner.

“That’s the meal I eat every single day," she said.

Commenters thanked her for the meal idea.

“Thank you. I need ideas. I’m so bad at figuring out what to eat," said one person.
