I was tired of my tights digging into my belly – then I tried a two minute hack that stopped it happening for good

A SAVVY fashion lover has shared an easy hack that stops tights digging into your belly.

Tights are an absolute lifesaver, especially in the chillier summer mornings when you still want to wear a dress.

But while the garment might keep your legs warm and toasty, the waistband can often cause you discomfort, digging into your belly.

This is a problem that Lottie Drynan (@lottiedrynan) used to know all to well – until she came up with a simple two-minute trick, which she also decided to share on social media.

Lottie regularly takes it to her TikTok to post boat-friendly outfits and clothing tricks that are watched by thousands.

In one such clip, the blonde guru could be seen wearing a bright pink jumper and a pair of black tights.

''Well, I have got a hack for you.''

The easy trick, according to Lottie, doesn't call for too many supplies -all you need is a pair of scissors and some clear nail varnish.

First, she demonstrated, take the scissors and cut two to six small slits spaced out evenly around the thick waistband section.
