I went from living in a city to a village & the people are so entitled – my car even got ‘jammed’ because of my parking | The Sun

A WOMAN has slammed the "entitled" people who live in her dad's village after claiming someone smeared jam all over her car because of her parking.

Summer Harte explained how she grew up living in a town centre rather than a village, which she "loved" because she could walk anywhere and see her mates.

However, she goes on to say how she left home when she was 16 to go to dance college and notes that when she came back home, her dad had moved house into a village.

She adds that she's not actually home very often, but that when she is, she has a room at her dad's house where she stays.

In a clip shared to TikTok (@summerharte), which has since racked up over 817k views, she explains: "I have never, ever in my life experienced more rude people than in a village.

"These people think they're the dog's b*******.

"They think that everyone owes them something and I just hate it."

Summer goes on to share an example, and notes how she's had trouble parking her car in the village on multiple different roads.

"For example, I parked my car on this road," she explains.

"It wasn't blocking anyone's drives, it was not in the way of anything.

"And some woman comes around my house, banging on the door, to which my little sister, who was under 16 at the time, answered, and she was demanding that I move my car because it was in her husband's way.

"It wasn't in her husband's way – she was just really entitled."

Summer explains how she politely apologised and went and moved her car.

However, she says that fast forward a year and a half later, she parked her car on the same road, in a different spot.

"The woman comes out of her house, calls me a little b**** and starts recording me," she recalls.

"I was actually like, 'oh my God, what am I doing wrong?' I'm nowhere near your house, this is not good.

Summer proceeds to share another situation where her car has been in trouble.

"Multiple people park on this road," she explains.

"…Basically a man had threatened my dad and was like, 'you can't park there. Imagine parking on someone's driveway – how rude.'

"This is not a driveway, this is a road – there's no houses there.

"Anyways, one day I came out to my car, and someone had smeared, raspberry or strawberry jam all over my window, which is not only dangerous, but like, what the f***?

"Why on earth would you damage someone's property?

"They don't know me, these people don't even know my name – it's just rude."

Summer concludes by noting that the reason she got in her car and started recording this video is because she's got her hair in pin curls and saw a group of women who just stared at her for a "bit too long."

"They stop their conversation and just stare," she says.

"It's just f****** rude….I just don't get it.
