A WOMAN who works at Wetherspoons has revealed that customers always make the same two mistakes, one of which is totally mortifying.
Working for the high-street pub chain, Jenna Elizabeth explained that people often order their vodka drink wrong and many make the same embarrassing mistake when using the toilet.
Posting on TikTok, Jenna shared her clip with the caption ‘I have more stories, these are my two favourites.’
She said: “POV: You work at Wetherspoons.”
Jenna acted out two common scenarios that often happen whilst working for the high-street chain.

Pretending to talk to a customer, the person asked Jenna: “Hi, please can I have a vodka, lime and soda.”
To this, Jenna replied: “Yeah, of course you can. I’ll get that for you now, that’ll be £3.65 please.”
However, when Jenna handed the customer their drink, they responded with: “That’s not a vodka, lime and soda.”
In response, Jenna confirmed: “Yeah it is, it’s a vodka, with lime cordial and soda.”

However, the customer then explained: “Oh I meant a vodka with soda and a piece of lime.”
Another awkward situation that Jenna experiences all too often is when people use the toilet.
Whilst working, Jenna suddenly heard the toilet alarm going off.
She went into the bathroom to check the customer was ok, as she asked: “Is everything ok in here sir?”
The customer then noted: “I can’t flush the toilet.”
Jenna explained: “Ok, that’s not a reason to ring the emergency alarm but the flush is just on the side of the toilet.”
To this, the customer awkwardly replied: “Oh right, thank you.”
Jenna’s clip has clearly made many people chuckle, as it has quickly amassed 61.9k views.
It has 2,889 likes, 9 comments and 5 shares.
Many other Wetherspoons employees could relate to Jenna and took to the comments to express this.
Others pointed out how embarrassing the toilet situation would be for a customer.
One person said: “The toilet one is so embarrassing. I’d leave and never come back.”
