IKEA shoppers are scrambling to get to their nearest store, desperate to check out the mega sale.
One savvy shopper spotted an £129 bedroom buy that had been reduced to just £5, leaving many open-mouthed.
Bargain hunter Corey Robertson was stunned when he found the cut-price buy in his local IKEA.
Corey proudly took to social media, posting on Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, a private group with 2.3 million members, to show off his cut-price find.
He simply said: “IKEA sale!” as he posted a picture of a cheap buy.
The MALM Headboard cover with two pillows, which comes in a standard king size in dark grey, is currently reduced to clear and is now scanning at just £5 at the till.

Originally priced at an eye-watering £129, Corey spotted the sale item for only £5, with a whopping saving of £124.

However, social media users were quick to claim that £129 for the cover and pillows was far too overpriced in the first place.
Corey shared his post just 16 hours ago, but it has quickly amassed 294 likes and 146 comments.

One person said: “£129 for a headboard cover in the first place…B****y good saving though.”
Another added: “A Headboard Cover and 2 Pillow Cases never EVER should have been £129!!
“Looking at this picture and the none existent Headboard, £5 seems a reasonable actual price.”
