A 36-YEAR-OLD esthetician has shared her top skincare secrets that have convinced everyone she's over a decade younger.
When it comes to beauty, one person who certainly knows a thing or two is Ashley Evans, 36, believed to be from the US.
The blonde stunner, whom people believe to be a whopping 15 years younger, recently took to TikTok to list some of her favourite anti-ageing tips – and one of them might sound a little gross.
''I can't pinpoint one thing that helps – but I think a combination of everything I do definitely contributes to the fact I look a little younger,'' she said in the video.
No more alcohol
The first big must for the beauty whizz is ditching the booze, whether that's a glass of red wine at the end of the day or a cocktail with your pals.
''I haven't had any alcohol since last July,'' revealed Ashley, who said that before this she'd drink just three to four times a year.

''I just don't like alcohol. I hate to break it to you but it does age you.
''As women, it's gonna age you so much faster.''
Rest up
Another way she takes care of her youthful complexion is ensuring she gets enough rest – and here, several hours of a good night's sleep is key.
''I try my absolute hardest to sleep at least seven to eight hours every night.''

Staying out of the sun
Sun has long been linked to premature ageing if you don't look after your skin properly with good SPF protection – and Ashley agreed.
''I stay out of the sun. I wear sunscreen every day,'' she told the followers on her page, adding she reapplied the skincare essential every two hours when our and about.
''When I go out, I wear a big hat and when I'm driving I even have, like, gloves.
''I'm not messing with the sun,'' she chuckled.
Skincare
Skincare is also key – and here, the 36-year-old revealed she only washed her skin every night.
''I don't wash in the morning cause I have very dry skin […], I do a double cleanse.''
Advising her followers on how to keep the wrinkles at bay, Ashley added that knowing what your skin type is was another vital element.
''You can overdo it – and that can mess up your skin barrier.''
Exercise
When it comes to maintaining good health of your skin, the beauty whizz said she thought sweating was essential.
The pro went on to explain: ''I work out or I walk, or something, I work up the sweat.
''Sometimes I'll go sit in the sauna […]. I just feel like that's so good for your skin. You're just getting everything out and just detox.''
The right foods
In terms of diet, Ashley likes to stick to as many whole foods as possible.
