A TALL gym girl has revealed her measurements and the insecurities that came with them.

She said that once she stopped comparing herself to others, she was able to appreciate her own progress.


Georgia (@georgiagyms) showed herself flexing her gains in a gym mirror selfie.

"Maturing in the gym is realizing a five-foot-two gym girl's physique is going to look different on a five-foot-10 gym girl.

"The progress to get there is also going to be different," read the text over the video.

She also shared a motivational message for fellow tall gym girls.

"Where [are] my tall girls at?" she added in the caption.

The video struck a chord with viewers who shared their thoughts in the comment section.

"Five-foot-11 and it’s a struggle," one wrote.

"I bulk so fast but take so long to lean out," another said.
