YOU may get gifts from your friends and family on your birthday, but did you know many shops will also give you free items to celebrate?
A woman shared exactly how you can get free Krispy Kreme donuts, Greggs and beauty products on your special day.
Shopper Elle uploaded a clip to her @missellegraceybaby account sharing her freebies hack, and it has racked up 71,000 likes.
She said: “Did you guys know that when it’s your birthday a bunch of food shops and beauty shops give you loads of free stuff when it’s your birthday?
“It was my birthday last week and let me show you everything I got for free.”
Firstly you can pick up a free Krispy Kreme donut to kick off your day of gifted items.

Elle added: “I chose the cream-filled, which was yummy.
“I enjoyed it more because it was free.”
The shopper said your “second stop” needs to be Tortilla.
She explained: “They give you a free burrito and you can put anything – yes anything – in your burrito.

Elle continued: “Stop number three is none other than Greggs.
“And Greggs gives you any sweet treat for free because it’s your birthday.”
She showed how she got her first ever donut from Greggs and it was “nice tbh.”
But it isn’t just free food you can pick up.
Elle then headed to home and beauty shop Rituals and commented: ““I’ll be honest, this was the most surprising.
“I got two free products – I got a shower gel and a hand soap and they smell so good.”
She did point out that you have to buy something to get the free items, so she picked up the cheapest thing in store.
Elle concluded: “It was such a fun day out and I got free stuff.
“You only get this day once a year. Make the most of it!”
She added that to get the free items you need to “download the apps and sign up.”
