A DERMATOLOGIST has revealed the right order to have an 'everything shower', and the chances are you've probably been doing it all wrong.
According to Lindsey Zubritsky, they key to glowing skin and luscious locks is to stick to a very specific routine.
She explained on Instagram exactly how you should do it, and it starts with washing your hair.
"This includes your shampoo and conditioner, if you're waiting until the end of your shower to rinse out your conditioner that conditioner can sit on on your skin, clog your pores and lead to back and chest acne," she explained.
After your hair is fully washed and rinsed it's time to move on to exfoliation.
It's importnat to get this step in before shaving to "reduce the risk of irritation and razor bumps."

Then it's time to wash your body, although the pro recommended avoiding loofahs when it comes to this step.
"Saving the best for last, you want to double cleanse your face," Lindsey said.
The first cleanse will get rid of any make-up or dirt from the day, and the second will ensure your face is totally clean.
