I'm a DIY whizz – cruel keyboard warriors say my 'sad beige house' must reflect my life but they couldn't be more wrong | The Sun

A DIY whizz who has an eye for Nordic-inspired interior has hit back at cruel trolls who say her "sad, beige home" must reflect her boring life.

Kirsty Gore, who regularly shares DIY tips and tricks online, bought the worst house on the street and has since given it a total glow up on a budget.

In a recent clip shared to TikTok (@kjg_home), she can be seen sharing a few of the mean comments she's recently received on her neutral-coloured interior, including one which reads: "Just want the room needed – a splash of beige colour."

Responding in the best way possible, Kirsty then takes social media users on a tour around her enviable home, which includes a light herringbone wooden floor, cream boucle sofa and white walls.

Alongside the post, she then explains why she has a "sad, beige home" and penned: "Sad, beige home =sad, being life!

"Loved that comment!
