A DOG expert has revealed the three best dog breeds for lazy owners.
The dog trainer, known as americanstandardk9 on TikTok, often shares advice on what dog breeds to steer clear of, as well as helpful training techniques.
In his most recent post, the dog pro revealed the top three dog breeds for lazy pet owners.
First up is the English Bulldog.
"The type of dog that when you hook the leash up and walk out to your mailbox, by the time you get back with the mail the dog is ready for 30 minutes of oxygen therapy just to recoup itself," he quips.
Next up is the English Mastiff.

"Up to 200lbs or more, these dogs want to do nothing more than lay on the couch all day with you and help you binge watch your next Netflix series," he explains.
Finally at number one is the Basset Hound.

"Just like your 25-year-old pot smoking son who doesn't have job and won't move out of the basement, these dogs re lazy as f***," he explains.
"The hardest part about owning a Basset Hound is remembering that you actually own a dog and don't forget to feed it."

The video has since gone viral, racking up a whopping 306k views and several comments from pet owners up and down the country, with many quick to offer their verdict on the matter.
"I have a Great Dane. We both have about 30-40 minutes of energy then it's nap time lmao," joked one.
A second penned: "I have a Basset Hound Cocker Spaniel mix she’s so cute and lazy."
A third noted: "Our English Mastiff Lab mix – he is so lazy!"
Meanwhile, a fourth added: "That's true about the massive I had one for 13 yrs tell he passed."
