I'm a fashion expert with 28H boobs – my top clothing tips for big breasted women & 2 things I ALWAYS carry in my purse | The Sun

THE creator of a fashion line geared towards women with big busts has shared some of her best clothing tips for large-chested ladies like herself.

Very familiar with the struggles of finding flattering clothing when you have big boobs, Alice Kim doesn't let that stunt her love for trying out new styles.

GET YOUR CLOTHES TAILORED

In an exclusive chat with the US Sun, Kim, who has had to tailor her clothes in the past to avoid awkward fits, said that finding a good tailor is super important when you have a larger chest.

"I'm a size zero or two, extra small generally. And what fits my shoulders doesn't fit across my chest. So I can't close suit jackets. And if I size up to fit my extra large chest, then it's baggy everywhere else," she explained.

"So I either have to pay more money to get it tailored, or I have to settle with looking frumpy, which doesn't make me feel confident."

By tailoring your pieces to suit your needs, you can ensure that you look and feel your best in your garments.

KEEP THE SHOULDERS MINIMAL

If you're a fan of clothes with extravagant or embellished shoulders, Kim mentioned that you may want to hold off.

"I think proportions matter. So if you're going to wear shoulder details, it has to be a little bit more subdued, not as exaggerated," the fashion expert shared.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUT OF YOUR SHIRT

With a larger chest, there's a particular type of T-Shirt you should be wearing.

"I love open necklines, they help tremendously. A v-neck or a sweetheart neck is so flattering for our shape as long as it's not cuffed," said Kim.

GIVE OFF THE SHOULDER TOPS A CHANCE

If you have a larger bust, you probably steer clear of off-the-shoulder tops, but Kim thinks they could be super flattering.

"I love off-the-shoulder too. I know that gets a little controversial because some larger-chested women don't like wearing strapless bras, but you could just wear a normal bra and, you know, slide [the straps] off.

"But off the shoulder, I think it diverts your eye to look at your collarbone and where your skin is exposed rather than just to your chest."

CREATE A WAISTLINE

The busty woman has a go-to T-Shirt hack that helps her create an artificial waistline.

She said: "With T-Shirts, because of proportions, I knot tie the T-Shirt in the front. So it gives the illusion of creating a waist whether or not you have it."

PURCHASE A FLATTERING BUTTON DOWN

When it comes to button-downs, Kim knows firsthand how challenging they can big for women with large breasts.

Luckily, her fashion line – PerfectDD – has super stylish button-downs specifically made to complement women with bigger chests.

"Button downs are a nightmare, right? That's why I created my own with patent pending and hidden buttons. [There's] extra room by the chest also to keep it closed," she explained.
