A FITNESS fan has shared an amazing body transformation, where she went from 110 to 143 pounds, mostly in her glutes.
Her determination struck a chord with many women and some say she "killed it."
Fitness lover Katie-Jane (@katiejane_b) is a content creator and wellness enthusiast.
The 23-year-old prioritizes a healthy lifestyle and is on her way to becoming a certified personal trainer and nutritionist.
She documented her journey over several years to get the toned body that she has now on many of her social media platforms.
In a TikTok video, she gave viewers a glimpse at how far she has come.
The first half of the video consisted of a still photo of her taken in 2020.
In the candid photo, she stood outside over a set of black barbells.
She visibly appeared very lean all around and lacked a big bottom and definition.
Her attire was on the more casual side as she wore a black spaghetti strap crop top and casual blue short shorts with black sneakers.

The subtitle over the image read: "POV: You actually stuck to the bulk."
To be transparent, she wrote that she weighed 50 kilograms at the time which equates to 110 pounds.
Halfway through the video, the visual shifted to a new photo of how she looks present-day in a busy gym environment.
She switched out her previous athletic clothing for thick blue leggings, a black cropped zip-up, and flat white sneakers.
Katie-Jane looked visibly thicker all around with round glutes and well-defined legs.
She wrote in a subtitle next to her that she gained 15 kilograms and now sits at a solid 65 kilograms, equivalent to 143 pounds.
She mentioned in the comments that there are just over two and a half years between the photos, but she started to make the effort to gain weight about a year and a half ago.
People could not help but offer words of affirmation for the TikTok user.
"I needed this today! I’m so afraid of bulking…started 3 days ago," a viewer shared.
"That is very impressive," another chimed in.
