A VEGAN gym-goer has revealed her go-to daily meal plan to nurture her muscle gains.
She said her plant-based diet helps her grow a "juicy butt" with protein-rich meals.
Carmen Van Der Merwe (@carmenvandermerwe) shared a day of eating vegan on TikTok.
"What I eat as a gym girl," she titled the video.
She specified that she works from eight to six and is trying to grow the juiciest butt possible as a vegan.
First, she drinks a post-workout protein smoothie on her way out of the gym.
Later in the day, she feasts on a bowl of protein oats, garnished with fresh fruit and nut butter.
The health-conscious cutie shared that she snacks on fresh vegetables and vegan jerky.
She also indulged in a hearty and flavorful vegan burrito.
Finally, she dined on vegan pasta topped with hummus for added protein.

She also revealed an on-the-go favorite for gym fans — a protein bar.
"Not anything pretty but at least I get 130 grams of protein in a day," she added.
Viewers of Carmen's day of eating took to the comment section with questions.
"Which supplements do you take?" one asked.
"I take creatine and protein powder," she revealed.
"No hate, but what about B12 and minerals, since you are vegan?" another comment read.
Carmen responded: "I used to get the injections to get the b12 levels up but now every time I’ve gone for a check up my levels are good, but I recommend supplementing it."
