I’m a home decor expert — how I make my bedroom feel incredibly luxe on a budget | The Sun

HAVING a bedroom that feels luxuriously cozy doesn’t have to break the bank.

There are ways to create a luxe atmosphere in your bedroom on a budget.

TikToker and home decor expert Saeshell posted a video about her cozy bedroom tips.

She says: “Personally I love the cozy and clean look of a bed. I feel like it helps add to the calming atmosphere that I’m trying to create.

“I always use these eucalyptus silk sheets because they’re ultra soft, cruelty-free, and they're so much better for the environment than regular cotton sheets."

The on-screen text on her video mentions that her sheets come with pockets that are extra deep.

Since the pockets are so deep, they’re ideal for fitting over any type of mattress.

She also shares with her viewers that the sheets are hypoallergenic.

Since the sheets are made with such high-quality material, they're resistant to the buildup of dust mites, bacteria, and mold.

Saeshell’s second tip is to decorate your bedroom with plants.

“Personally I like to add cute house plants to breathe some life and color into my room,” she says.

She zooms in on a few plants placed around her room for some visual greenery.

One plant in a basket is directly next to her bed while another sits near her mirrors.

Lastly, she suggests using comfy bedding such as quilts to make your bed look fluffier than it is.

The quilt on her bed is a light tan color with some gentle ruffles underneath.

A handful of people have responded in Saeshell’s comment section.

One person asked: “Where is the plant basket on your bedside table from?”

“It’s from Pillowtalk,” Saeshell wrote back.
