WE'RE all trying to save money on our energy bills this winter, which means many of us are refusing to use the tumble dryer.

While it's easy to find alternative ways to dry your clothes and towels – bedding is a whole other story.


Luckily, laundry experts have revealed the simple way to dry your bedding without the use of a tumble dryer.

And all you need is coathangers.

Sharing the hack on TikTok, Clothes Doctor UK, revealed the easy way to hang them out to dry.

In the short clip, they revealed that they used two coat hangers and hung them up on a curtain pole.

They then hung a corner of the bedding on each coat hanger.

The laundry experts did theirs on what appeared to be a back door and kept the door open so that the breeze would help the bedding dry quickly.

But it could easily be recreated on any curtain pole so long as you keep the windows open.

And people have taken to social media in swarms to share how they get their clothes dry without putting the tumble dryer on.

Fabulous recently reported how one woman found a nifty gadget on Shein to help her dry clothes quickly without one.

In the video, she was seen holding up the device, which looked like a T-shirt with a small hole at the top.

She then used a wet white T-shirt to demonstrate how it worked.

Placing the sleeves of the top over the sleeves of the device, she then laid it flat and attached her hairdryer to the hole at the top.

Turning the hairdryer on, the device inflated, and dried the top from the inside out.
