A NAIL tech has revealed what your nail length and shape really say about you – and it’s bad news if you always opt for the coffin.
Jenessa suggested that she can also work out if you’re a soccer mum in seconds.
Known online as @jenessacluff, the 23-year-old from Utah regularly shares updates on what it’s really like being a beauty tech.
In a new TikTok reel, she said: “What your nail shape and length say about you coming from a nail tech.
“Okay, if you have the coffin shape and they’re long, I’m scared of you. You are intimidating, and how do you wipe?”
Next, she shared a shot of more natural-looking, mid-length, almond-shaped nails.

“Okay, if you have this shape and length, *kiss*.
“So elegant, so classy. You’re probably a rich mum.”
She also suggested there’s a pattern among those who go for short, sharp square nails, adding: “Okay, if you have this shape you’re probably a soccer mum who has been getting acrylics her whole life.”
Jenessa then moved on to super short nails, explaining that it’s obvious that you’ve been biting them.

“If you have these nails, you are a nail-biter. There is no hiding it, but it's okay because the majority of my clients start out this way.”
And finally, she shared her thoughts on those with slightly longer natural nails.
“If you have this length of nails and shape, you are probably a tomboy who loves to get her nails done but still doesn’t want the long nails because you think it’s too much.”
In part two, she shared a few more revelations.
Starting off with short square nails with rounded corners, she added: “You’re probably in healthcare or you type on a computer all day.”
Next up – sharp stiletto nails.
“Your favourite thing to do on the weekend is to go to the club and get drunk with your friends.”
Fans loved her honesty, with the video gaining more than 45,700 likes and 785,300 views.
