I’m a plastic surgeon – three things everyone should be doing to prevent wrinkles before it’s too late | The Sun

GETTING older is a privilege in a lot of ways, but if you don't want to look it there are three rules you should stick to.

Plastic surgeon Andrew Cohen explained what they are and why they're vital for if you want to look younger for longer.

Posting on TikTok, the doctor shared his tips and others agree they work like a charm.

His first tip might not be all that surprising, but it's probably the most important – sunscreen.

"You want an SPF of 30 or greater to block out the UVA and UVB sunrays on your skin," he explained.

Next up, hyaluronic acids are a great thing to add into your skincare regime for a more youthful look.
