I'm a Primark supervisor and these are the annoying things I hear daily from customers – plus the tedious requests | The Sun

IF you have ever worked in retail before, you will know that dealing with customers on a daily basis can sometimes be a bit of a challenge.

One woman, who works in Primark, has taken to TikTok to reveal the annoying things that she hears customers say on a daily basis that drive her insane.

So if you regularly shop at the popular chain, you’ll want to take notes and avoid saying the following things if you don’t want to get on the workers’ nerves.

Hannah Seaman, a 21-year-old from North Wales is known on the video sharing platform as ‘hannahlseaman’.

She is a Supervisor at the high-street chain and revealed the three things that customers always say to her, including the very tedious request.

She said: “Things I hear daily in work as a Primark Supervisor…” before she proceeded to list the common things she hears customers say and ask very regularly.

I work at Primark and customers make the same stupid complaint every day

The first thing that customers always say to Hannah is: “I came in for one thing you know”, which many of us Primark superfans have probably said many times before.

Not only this, but Hannah claimed that customers always ask: “Oh it must be free then?”, when items don’t have a price on them.

Finally, according to Hannah, Primark customers always want to do refunds but never have their receipt, which is against Primark’s policy, as she claimed that customers always state: “I want to do a refund but I don’t have my receipt”.

Hannah’s video has clearly made many chuckle, as it has racked up a whopping 127.4k views.
