WE all come in different shapes and sizes but that doesn't mean we don’t all get insecure.
Bust size is an insecurity for most women whether your bust is big or small, the trick is to find clothes and bras that make you feel comfortable and confident.
One fashion fan has shared her tips for making the most out of a smaller chest.
Ivy Nicole says she wished had learned the seven hacks earlier in life.
She said: “We're going to be talking about life hacks every girl should know when you have small boobs. It's been about like 10 years of figuring out how to kind of style from my small boobs different life hacks that I wish I knew when I was younger helped make me feel more confident in my body.”
Ivy’s first hack is stick-on bra’s which she refers to as 'chicken fillets'.

She said: “They pretty much just look like boobs, these are oh honestly a lifesaver. But these are amazing these are great for like literally giving you so much cleavage”
The fashion fan shared the difference between her with and without the stick on bra’s stating she even wore them on her wedding day.
She said: “You really push it together it'll really squeeze your boobs together and that's what makes it more flattering in lots of different outfits and stuff and it's a trick that I use all the time.”
Ivy’s next hack is going for bralettes over bras.

She said: “Second life hack that I have is actually wearing bralettes and bras that fit you better as opposed to bras with bigger cups that make you look bigger but are actually not very flattering on you if you have small boobs you know.”
The fashion fan explained wearing bralettes is a perk for those with smaller busts.

She said: “There are so many girls out there in the world that actually want to be able to wear these bralettes but genuinely cannot because their boobs are too big for this and they need more support than just a flimsy piece of material.
“But as a small boob girl you could 100 % wear a bralette like this.”
Ivy says try creating extra cleavage by altering her bra straps, but no sewing is needed for this all she uses is a safety pin.
She said: “You kind of just crisscross it at the back here you put a safety pin right there you got to strike the right balance between the straps make sure that's not too tight.”
The fashion fan’s next tip is wearing clothes with a lower neckline.
Ivy claims: “A lot of people like to steer away from this because they feel really uncomfortable they think that people are really going to see how flat your chest is but honestly wearing stuff like this is so much more flattering.”
Ivy says she also does chest exercises.

“Doing chest exercises to see if it helped make my chest grow bigger and honestly it did it wasn't like that much of a difference it was half an inch but it made my chest look and feel a lot nicer. I didn't have saggy boobs but it lifted my chest a lot more.”
The fashion fan says all flat chest girls should wear crop tops.
She said: “Crop tops are so much more flattering on you especially if you are like a petite girl like me if you have a flat chest.”

The last tip is highlighting your collarbone.
Ivy says: “Highlighting the best parts of you especially like your collarbones and stuff will 100 % be so good for you and especially when you're wearing crop tops or lower neckline kind of tops it is incredibly flattering as well.”
