A VET has revealed some simple tricks that can help your dog live longer – and they won't break the bank.
The animal expert took to TikTok to share the handy tips for pooch owners.
The Melbourne, Australia, based vet @Shytigerhealth posted a clip to the social media channel that left pet parents stunned.
Nicole Rous began the video: "I have a great tip for pet owners to help you save money and help your dog live a longer life.
"Feed them table scraps," she added.
Although many pet owners will already be familiar with this trick, the vet explained some crucial details that will help keep your pup happy and healthy.

"Did you know it's actually been scientifically proven to help them [the dogs] live a longer life if 20% of their diet is table scraps," she said.
"You don't have to worry too much about balancing it, just feed them nice healthy food, make sure you don't do things that are toxic".
Nicole then goes on to list some items that pet owners should avoid such as onions and chocolate, but suggests feeding them good quality meat and vegetables instead of throwing them away.
The post quickly racked up over 13.2k likes and 600 comments from enthusiastic dog lovers.

This comes after a vet urged pet lovers to take the right steps when their dog finds itself in a chocolate emergency.
The stringent advice also came from animal care influencer Nicole, as she took to social media to urgently warn pooch owners about the potential dangers.
While chocolate can be consumed by dogs, too much of it can be toxic and potentially fatal, the expert said.
Dog owners were also issued an urgent warning to stop their pets getting sick after being taken for a walk.
The alarm was raised by Stanhope Park Veterinary Hospital in Darlington – following reports of dogs "ingesting recreational drugs".
Vets have urged anyone with concerns about their pets becoming unwell after a walk around the area to seek veterinary advice.
Pet owners were also warned that dogs playing with hose water could potentially be deadly.
And one more vet revealed the one room dog lovers should never let their pooches into.
