AN INTERIOR designer has revealed the three things she would NEVER keep in a bedroom.
Social media personality Wellhome places an emphasis on wellness when mapping out an interior space.
With this comes Feng Shui – which the interior designer is an expert in.
According to National Geographic: “Feng shui is an ancient Chinese art of arranging buildings, objects, and space in an environment to achieve harmony and balance.”
Wellhome explained that certain parts of your bedroom can disrupt your inner peace and even ruin our sex life.
She laid out three things she would “never allow” in her bedroom in a Tik Tok video.

The first thing was a television.
Wellhome said: “First is a TV, because the screen acts like a mirror bouncing energy around the room all night.
“This results in poor quality sleep and health problems.
“And it can also cause intimacy problems between a couple.”

Her second prohibited item was plants – no matter how small or pretty.
Wellhome explained that plants have too much “yang” – or bright, loud and active – energy for a bedroom.
She said bedrooms are meant to be a “calm, soothing environment” and claimed if you’re not sleeping well, it could be down to the bright plants near your bed.
The third banned item was fish tanks.
Wellhome said: “Yeah, they might look cool, but again, there’s way too much yang energy.
“You need to be really careful with where you put moving water in your home because you might accidentally activate negative energy.”
Homemakers flocked to the comments of Wellhome’s video to weigh in on the prohibited bedroom items.
And most were far from pleased by the comments about plants, with many claiming that having a mini-florist in their room actually helps them sleep.
One green-fingered person said: “Do not agree with plants.
“My room gives me amazing air quality and is so calming.”
