Princess Charlotte wore her first ever piece of poignant jewellery today for Queen Elizabeth’s funeral. Charlotte opted for a brooch which was in honour of her late great-grandmother.

Charlotte wore a horseshoe brooch, in honour of Queen Elizabeth’s love for horses.

Royal fan @lovefamilywales tweeted: “Aww just adorable.”

Similarly, @JDP_53 added: “This little girl is brilliant, graceful respectful, well behaved.”

Another fan, @CharlotteAlice8 wrote: “Such a touching gesture.

“Both Princess Charlotte and Prince George behaved impeccably during the service.”

Another royal watcher @toriaa_h commented: “It’s also a symbol of luck.”

The Princess opted for an Ancar Girls Black Wool coat today.

The description on the website says: “Girls smart, traditional style black coat by Ancar.

“Made in a wool blend, with a stitched velvet collar and matching front pocket flaps.

“Fully lined, it has velvet button fastenings with velvet scalloped edging.

“Smaller sizes come with a matching bonnet, which neatly attaches to the coat to help prevent loss.”

The coat will set royal fans back by £175.

Charlotte paired the coat with Manuela de Juan girls black leather pumps.

The description on the website says: “Girls black ballerina pumps with gold trims by Manuela de Juan, handmade in soft leather.

“In a pretty Mary Jane style, they have a soft leather lining, popper fastening and a rubber sole.”

These shoes will set royal fans back just £76.

Charlotte wore a beautiful Jane Taylor black hat.

The round hat featured a silk bow.

The child’s classic boater costs a whopping £255.

Royal fan @nwadeema tweeted: “Princess Charlotte’s hat is iconic.”
