I’m curvy and was dress-coded by ‘grown up mean girl’ over my pink birthday outfit – she pointed and laughed | The Sun

A BEAUTICIAN who felt scrutinised for her fashion choices credits Dolly Parton with giving her the confidence to wear what she wants.

Madison Morasca, who owns All Dolly’d Up Esthetics in Louisiana, USA, went viral last week after revealing how judgmental people were over a jumpsuit she wore to her birthday night out.

She told followers how a woman pointed and laughed at her and encouraged her family to do the same before they realised they'd been rumbled and tried to save face by asking what Madison was celebrating.

The skincare specialist paid around £100 for the pink and rhinestones number and wants to encourage other women to ignore what the haters say.

Madison, who is proud of her curves, says: “I actually have been scrutinised before because of things I wear.

“I’ve lived my whole life scared to wear what I want.

“I decided recently in the past year that I have to start living for myself and wear things that bring me joy.

“I wear my clothes for myself because they’re what I love.

“As silly as it sounds, I’ve learned a lot from Dolly Parton.

“She is who she is and she loves herself and the world loves her for it.
