ELLE McNamara (AKA Bambi Does Beauty) has been imparting her beauty secrets to looking ten years younger for a number of years.
And now, the skincare whizz has revealed her ultimate ingredient for reversing the signs of ageing – and you can find it in a bargain Boots moisturiser.
According to Elle, who is 32-years-old but regularly gets asked for her ID at 16+ venues, you need to start introducing retinol into your skincare.
Retinol is derived from Vitamin A and resurfaces the skin by speeding up cell renewal to reveal a fresher complexion while softening fine lines.
Elle shared her top three retinol products for beginners on a budget in a recent TikTok video.
Her cheapest recommendation was the £7 Boots Ingredients Retinol Night Moisturiser.

“I’ve been so impressed with this so quickly,” the beauty influencer said. “It’s a moisturiser, so it’s like a night moisturiser.
“As you can see, it is very light though – it’s not very heavy.
“It makes such a difference to the texture of your skin.
“That’s the biggest thing I’d say about it.

“It makes it feel more dewy, and plump and smoother as well, like very quickly.
“Within a few days, you’ll notice the difference in skin texture.”
Bosses at Boots said the cream should only be applied to the face – as the skin on your neck and decolletage can be more sensitive – and should make skin feel more hydrated and “elastic”.
Elle also recommended Nip+Fab’s Retinol Fix Eye Treatment.
The £19.95 cream also contains Vitamin C and the influencer dubbed it perfect for tackling crows feet wrinkles.
