AN age-defying author has revealed three foods she eats to keep her skin youthful.

She claimed that superfoods can make people look up to 10 years younger when regularly eaten.


Tamsen Fadal (@tamsenfadal) has garnered over 454,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares advice for women in midlife.

She took to the social media platform to explain how she’s overhauled her diet as part of her beauty regimen.

She said: “Do you want to slow down aging?

“Three foods that I’m eating right now to do that.”

Tamsen had no visible lines or wrinkles on her face as she began to list her anti-aging food recommendations.

She looked youthful with voluminous curls and her makeup strategically placed for a glowy complexion and lifted eyes.

She said: “Olive oil, I add it to everything I have and it’s changing my skin completely.

“Avocado, I have it in at least one meal a day.

The beauty enthusiast captioned the post: “Three foods that slow aging & keep me looking and feeling younger.

“Work these into your diet & look 10 years younger!”

The post went viral and quickly racked up thousands of likes. Many people took to the comment section saying that Tamsen looks “amazing.”

She told those who don’t like avocados can swap it for another food that’s high in healthy fat or protein such as nuts, almond butter, or hummus.

One person wrote: “Thanks for sharing, beautiful skin!”

Another chimed in: “I eat olive oil every day if not on food I take one or two tablespoons in the morning, wild organic blueberries, and at least four avocados a week. I’m 70.”
