I'm so lazy but have an easy hack that helped me drop four dress sizes – best of all it’s fun | The Sun

A WOMAN who has dropped four dress sizes has revealed one of her top tips for shedding weight – and it's so easy.

Self-confessed "lazy b**ch" Kols has managed to drop a tonne of weight, and has now made it her mission to help others shed the pounds in a normal way without being restrictive.

One of her top tips is to exercise regularly, and the way she encouraged herself to do that was with a "treadmill show".

"If you want to lose weight but you literally cannot be motivated to save your life, I'm going to put you on to the number one tip I have for lazy b**ches (me)," she said in a video on her TikTok page.

Kols picked How to Get Away with Murder as her treadmill show, and was even more inclined to watch the next episode because each one ended on a cliffhanger.

"So what would I do?" she continued.

"I would wake up the next morning and I would go down to the gym and I would put it on my phone and I would walk on the treadmill and I would watch the next episode.
