I’m UK’s strictest personal trainer – I make big men cry & clients are horrified by unusual way I control their diet | The Sun

WANT to lose a few pounds? Be careful what you wish for.

Personal trainer Georgia Brooks, 24, from Wolverhampton promises one of the most gruelling workout regimes for clients who are desperate to lose weight.

The fitness fanatic has reduced grown men to tears with her harsh rules and “surprise attack” workouts.

Size 10 Georgia says: “I had one woman doing a circuit session doing sprints. She tried to give up and I ended up chasing her around the gym and she cried because I was so tough.

“She now has a T-shirt she wears saying ‘victimised by my personal trainer’ – I take it as a compliment.”

She adds that she once had a man end up in tears because she was pushing him so hard to get the correct form.

Georgia recalls: “Another woman ended up in tears because the circuit was so tough on her abs.

“I knew she could do the work-out and I pushed her to realise she could do it.

“She cried first in shock and claimed she was in agony for days but she came back.

“For me tears can be a breakthrough for a client as they realise their true potential.”

The single mum-of-one prides herself on her no cheating plan which sees her checking up on clients day and night.

She admits she will randomly FaceTime clients and demand to see inside their cupboards.

If she spots any non-diet approved snacks, they must be chucked in the bin.

Georgia will also ask clients to take time stamped pictures and videos so she can check they are doing their workouts as and when they should.

She says: “I insist people keep to their eating plans and if they cheat it means more exercises and stricter controls.

I insist clients send a video or photo of their meals and exercise with a timestamp so I know they have done their homework

“People can lie while filling out a written diary. It’s all well and good saying you did exercise or ate correctly.

“They have to take photos of their meals, and I insist they send a video or photo with a timestamp so I know they have done their homework and done it correctly.

“It’s my proven ‘no-cheat’ method and clients are often shocked by the first call, but I am relentless.

“If they don't pick up I keep calling. It's part of the program.

“I FaceTime people from the get-go and sometimes do daily check-ins. I want them to know I am approachable but tough.”

Dumped for no-shows

Georgia does weekly weigh-ins which she says helps measure her clients' progress and show people they are getting results.

She adds: “I insist they send the same pose and picture weekly so I build up a proper diary of their success.”

Georgia takes a no nonsense approach to clients. If they skip a workout or arrive late to a session, they are dumped.

She says: “I have had people who are being lazy or can’t be bothered.

“I refuse to let people take a half-arsed approach. It’s about respect for the gym, me, and their bodies.

“I had to dump one lady who wanted to lose half a stone for her holiday.  I realised she was only training with me and not doing her homework and eating properly.

“I had to ditch her. She understood and admitted it was all her fault and praised my approach.

“People know when they sign up with me I am strict, tough and take no prisoners.”

Georgia's methods have proven too much for some paying customers who quit on the spot – but others swear by her 'move it or lose it' approach.

She says one female client, Emma, proudly lost five-and-a-half stone in just six months.
