Work is also being done on a special “snug room".

Mrs Hinchliffe has taken the farmhouse’s function literally, and since bought three alpacas and rescued chickens for the grounds.
The home also dedicated an entire room for the family's dog, Henry.
Tight-knit family
Mrs Hinch has gained millions of fans with her household tips – but it is often cheeky husband Jamie who steals the show.
Their enviable relationship began as a work romance, and Sophie has said how Jamie Hinchliffe – 11 years her senior – is her rock behind her highly popular Instagram account.
In an exclusive interview with Fabulous Digital, Mrs Hinch revealed that she first met her husband Jamie in London while they were both working in sales, before Sophie left to become a hairdresser.
The lovebirds bought their first picture-perfect grey home in Maldon, Essex, that featured heavily on Instagram back in 2016.
Jamie and Sophie got married in August 2018 at Gosfield Hall, which is a former royal residence in Essex near to their home.
In December 2018, Mrs Hinch announced to her followers she and husband Jamie were expecting a baby.
Then on June 19, 2019 she announced on social media that she'd given birth to her son called Ronnie James George Hinchliffe.
Meanwhile, her second son Lennie arrived on May 22, 2021.
£5m mega brand
Mrs Hinch has certainly cleaned up, earning megabucks from her best-selling books, TV work, a Tesco deal and money-spinning social media plugs for homecare products.
Her meteoric rise to fame began in March 2018, when she decided to chart her cleaning obsession on Instagram.
Three months later, the housewife reached 1million followers – called Hinchers.
The Sun shared how Mrs Hinch has mopped up a whopping £1.5million in just 12 months.
Fast forward to today and the mum-of-two is a multi-millionaire.
Companies House records show she has pocketed over £5million in just a few years.
Celeb pals
Since rising to fame, Mrs Hinch has found a “best friend” in Loose Women panellist Stacey Solomon, and she said they are “two peas in a pod”.
From nights out to swapping notes on raising their kids, the pair have become very close.
Not to mention the fact that they're physically close too now that Stacey lives in Essex with Joe Swash and her kids Zachary, Leighton, Rex, Rose and Belle.
The BFFs have become so close that Stacey is starting to emulate her pal's interior, fashion and home organisation choices.
Mrs Hinch revealed that Stacey notices whenever she's feeling down and brings her a McDonald’s to cheer her up.
Swanky holidays
While she clearly adores her Essex farmhouse and spending time there with her family, Mrs Hinch has also enjoyed some very swanky holidays in the past few years.
In February, the cleaning whizz took a break from organising her home to enjoy a well-deserved ski break in Switzerland.
The star shared a series of envy-inducing snaps from her lavish, kid-free getaway with husband Jamie.
Meanwhile, she also kicked back and enjoyed a bucket list Maldives break for her belated honeymoon.
While most people enjoy their holidays as a welcome break from cleaning, Mrs Hinch smuggled out a bottle of trusty Zoflora and her beloved Minky to leave her luxury resort "Hinched to perfection".
Just before lockdown, Mrs Hinch spent her 30th birthday at a £1,200-a-night Disneyland hotel.
The accommodation is the park’s only five star hotel, and is the most expensive one to stay at.
Style overhaul
The social media star has had an incredible journey over the past few years with her look changing from a girl-next-door to a glam superstar.
Mrs Hinch revealed her incredible weight loss transformation – and looked totally unrecognisable.
Answering a fan who asked to see a photograph of her before her weight loss, she wrote: "You never really know someone's journey… Always be kind."
Desperate to change the way she looked, the former hairdresser revealed she previously took out a loan for £6,000 and got the gastric band fitted at the age of 21– but it ended up being disastrous.
Two years after it was inserted, she was left in crippling pain after it slipped and ended up being lodged in her oesophagus.
