In her TikTok video, Keeley demonstrates how she puts on the sanitary pads, and it couldn’t be easier.
Keeley simply sticks the sticky side of the pad to her clothing, so that the soft side is against her armpit, ready to soak up any sweat that arises from the heatwave.
She looked very impressed with her hack and said: “No one will know.”

In the video, Keeley is wearing a gorgeous green shirt material playsuit, and thanks to the long sleeves, there’s no sanitary pad in sight.
