A SUCCESSFUL weight loss champion has revealed her secret to dropping the pounds.

Her method will have people cheering from the sidelines because she did it without restricting food or counting calories.


Sticking to this method saw her shift an incredible 53 pounds.

Madison O. King (@madisonoking), who has 111,000 followers, now wants to help others trying to lose weight by sharing her tasty recipes.

In this post, she rolled out her nacho recipe, great if you want to eat more and still lose weight.

It was super easy and within the realms of even the most inept of cooks.

“If you’re on a weight loss journey and you love to eat, I’m going to show you how to make these high-volume cauliflower nachos," said a beaming Madison.

Having successfully shifted the pounds, she understood how difficult the process could be.

“The thing that has helped me throughout my weight loss journey was volume eating," she confessed.

“I was always told that if we wanted to lose weight, we had to eat less, and yes, we had to eat [fewer] calories."

But Madison had some good news: "We don’t actually have to eat less food."

To prepare her nacho recipe, she first tossed in some olive oil and taco seasoning over cauliflower.

This was then placed on a baking sheet and she added half a pound of pre-cooked meat, mixed with some of the taco seasoning, for "extra protein."

Finally, she sprinkled grated cheddar cheese on top and then placed it in the oven at 400 degrees for between 20 and 25 minutes.

While that was baking she made the sauce, again, very simple and easy to make.

“I bought some Thousand Island dressing. You can definitely make your own, that would be better.

“I’m going to mix it with a bit of water just to thin it out," she explained.

She dished up her cauliflower nacho onto a plate and poured the dressing over it.

"Look how good that looks," she said. "Mmmmm. So good.”
