Jellycat fans race to TK Maxx for £4.99 dupes – but you won't find them in the toy section | The Sun

THEY'RE the super-soft, cuddly toys that are loved by kids and adults alike.

But Jellycat's offerings certainly aren't cheap – they range from £12 for a little plush Christmas tree decoration, to a staggering £75 for a big Floofie Sheepdog.

So it's understandable that fans of the toys have been left delighted after spotting incredible dupes in TK Maxx.

It's not worth racing to the toy section though, as these dupes are actually dog toys.

"Stop, why are these TK Maxx dog toys literally Jellycat dupes at a fraction of the price?" Laurel wrote alongside a slideshow of snaps of the toys.

First up was the Jellycat Amuseable Coffee-to-Go, which costs £20, and the incredibly similar dog toy dupe of a takeaway coffee cup in TK Maxx for £4.99.

"He's literally £5!" Laurel gushed.

There was also a dupe of the £20 Amuseable Avocado, also for £4.99, and a cute version of the Amuseable Happy Boiled Egg for £4.99.

"Not an exact dupe but he's still cute," Laurel said of the egg.

But she hit the jackpot with the TK Maxx dog toy dupe of the £28 Amuseable Cauliflower, as she said of the £4.99 toy: "This one is so similar!"

"TK Maxx Jellycat dupes. I don't even have a dog and I want them!" Laurel added in the video caption.

"Watch me hop on over to TK Maxx immediately," one person wrote in the comments section.

"I was literally in there today and I was like 'ohh a jellycat' and then my dad explained we were in the dog toy aisle and I was so confused," another admitted.

"The way I’ve literally bought a dog toy for myself!" Laurel replied.

"I have no shame!"

As a third wondered: "I wonder if they're samples, or testers, or ones that went wrong, like the raggy dolls lol."

And someone else agreed, writing: "Maybe if they're not perfect jellycat resells them to dog toy company lol."

To which Lauren responded: "You know, it’s possible!"
