My lazy girl breakfast is great for fat loss – it takes less than five minutes to make and has 310 calories | The Sun

A WOMAN has shared the breakfast she makes herself that targets fat loss.

The meal just takes a couple of minutes to whip up and has only 310 calories – it's perfect for those with a "lazy" approach to doing things.

"Lazy girl full day of eating, hitting 150 grams of protein. If you are on a fat loss, weight loss, wellness journey," nutrition and health coach Bre Gachne (@bregachne_) began in her TikTok video where she shared her breakfast recipe.

"We know that protein is crucial to create that strong toned desired look," she said.

"This is hands down my favorite way to do it. And all these meals today take under five minutes."

She added that she was making it super easy for people to make at home before diving into the recipe.

"Let's start with a cup of ice, a cup of milk, and a scoop of high-quality peanut butter collagen.

"You can also use PB2 but I like the collagen because it also adds the benefits of hair, skin, nails, tendons, ligaments, and elasticity.

"Next you're going to use a high-quality low-temperature processed chocolate protein powder.

"Make sure that it's high-quality low-temperature so it doesn't hurt your stomach, upset it, come out clumpy, or anything along those lines.

"And then here's the kick, you guys have to add two to three pitted dates. Make sure they're pitted.

"Those dates are super good to add in too because they help aid in digestion.

"But they also taste like this caramelly deliciousness. It comes out creamy, smooth, so good, and 40 grams of protein," she concluded.
