My man packed my hospital bag when I was sick and desperate for surgery but what I found inside was an utter fail | The Sun

A WOMAN asked her partner to pack an emergency bag of "essentials" as she was rushed to hospital, only to find he had brought a pie, Quavers and talcum powder.

Influencer Emily Shires took to TikTok to explain the hilarious story.

She told of her shock when she discovered the random array of snacks he had packed rather than the underwear, pyjamas and charger that she meant when she asked for a bag.

She said: "So I was in A&E the other night, we had to call the ambulance out and stuff.

"But basically, I had a blockage in my bowel. However, that's not what I'm here to tell you".

After setting the scene Emily explained that she had asked her partner for help to get ready.

She said: "So Ben called the ambulance and I was like right we're probably going to have to go in, so pack a bag, you know, just essential stuff and we'll take it with us in the ambulance".

But sadly Emily's idea of "essential" was very different to her partner Ben's.
