PEOPLE have been mispronouncing her name all her life.
And Emeline Rose took to TikTok to reveal just some of the different ways people have said her name – with one more outrageous than the rest.
"Ways people have mispronounced my name," Emeline began.
"Emmalin – Most common, but not quite," she wrote.
Emily is another name she's been mistakenly called.
But one that rattles Emeline every time is when people call her Evelyn.

"Excuse me, I don’t see a ‘V’ in my name!" she said.
And to the mispronunciation "Emmalean", she replied with a firm "NO!"
"It’s pronounced Emma Line," she captioned her video.
People in the comments section were quick to weigh in, with many revealing their own names which have been mispronounced over the years.

"My name is Katyn," one wrote.
"Pronounced kay-tin. I’ve been called Kaitlin or Katie all my life.
"Shortened it to ‘Kate’ when I got older. It was too much lol."
And Emeline replied: "I have almost everyone call me Em.
"Emeline is just too much sometimes!"
"I'm finnish and my name is meimi (pronounced like may-mee) and Ihave seen everything from meme to maini," another added.
