A FRUSTRATED neighbour has exposed their neighbour after claiming they constantly harass her about the fence in her garden.
Katie filmed the woman living next door to her breaking her fence, and pushing it all the way down.
She shared the video on TikTok and Katie’s account has since gone viral, with her getting over 1.2million views.
In the video, she wrote: “My neighbour is breaking down my fence for no reason.”
Katie can also be heard saying: “She’s pulling them down, it just fell on top of my plants.”
Someone else in the background can be heard talking about the neighbour saying: “She’s lost the plot.”

And in another video, it appears to be a different day and showed the neighbour knocking the entire fence down.
Katie wrote: “She wasn’t content breaking two panels! She had to break the rest just because she knew she would get away with it!”

Since sharing the video, Katies video went viral.
In another video, she wrote: “It’s been three years of harassment from her and the video was to take some weight of (SIC) my shoulders. My new fence is still standing strong.”
And to get revenge, Katie got the council to install new concrete posts and kick boards!
She adds: “She best stay away this time…”
Many people went to the comments section to share their thoughts about the neighbour.
