EATING healthy doesn't have to be all salads and smoothies, you can even enjoy sausage sandwiches.

Two sisters shared what they eat in a day after their recent weight loss journeys.


TikTok users Olivia and Sarah (@sistershred) revealed that they have a combined weight loss of 154 pounds.

The sisters showed their dramatic transformations with before and after comparison pictures.

In their video, they showed their followers everything they eat on an average day.

To start off their day, the fitness fanatics enjoy a cup of black coffee and peanut butter protein oats.

For their next meal, Olivia and Sarah made themselves sausages and onion rolls with a side of pickles.

As a sweet treat, the sisters washed down their lunch with a glass of Cherryade.

The TikTokers also had a snack which consisted of rice cakes topped with peanut butter and banana.

For dinner, the duo showed their followers the burrito bowls they had, which consisted of minced meat, salsa, refried beans, cilantro, and a small dollop of sour cream.

And lastly, for dessert, Olivia and Sarah each enjoyed a strawberry protein pudding.
